Programmed training package - to achieve your specific goal such as weight management, chronic pain relief, Parkinson's, etc which lasts minimum 12 weeks and requires 9 months to complete as you will change your lifestyle with the personalised program. Proven high success rate !
Standard Personal training : Short term training sessions for your target area, 1st session followed by 5 package sessions.

Thursday 7pm - 7:50pm, Online Workshop for General Eye Health, Anyone can join the class.
